Vickie Blake
Owner, Therapist and Coach
Vickie has been a therapist for 20 years.
After studying and gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Studies, Vickie went on to concentrate on Sports Therapy and Fitness Techniques and various Holistic courses.
Vickie has experience of working with professional, amateur athletes and soft tissue rehabilitation.
Vickie has been working with cancer patients for 4 years offering various treatments, scarwork and MLD. Vickie is also a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and combines these skills with the therapies she offers.
Vickie is a Coach in running fitness, Open Water Swimming Coach and Level 2 STA Swimming Teacher as well as Autism swimming instructor.

Vickie has worked at a busy Cardiff Health Spa and was promoted to Manager before starting Self Employment. During the time of Vickie's management, the Spa won Best Beauty Award 2014 for Cardiff Life Awards and was a finalist for Spa of the Year at the Welsh Hair and Beauty awards for 2014 and 2015.
Vickie, herself, has been a finalist for Masseuse of the Year at the Welsh Hair and Beauty awards for 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 and finalists for therapist of the year at the Holistic Business Awards 2015.
Vickie has graduated with a PGCE to teach massage therapy in 2015.
In 2018, Vickie trained in Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage and Scarwork, which allows her to work with Lymphoedema and post surgery, which has to be reviewed every 2 years to keep practising as well as registered with MLDUK.
